Geospatial web services are implemented by using GeoServer on Apache Tomcaton MS Windows plotform.

Installation

This installation guide is based on GeoServer Installation Guide for Web Archive (WAR)http://postgis.refractions.net/download/windows/

1. Install Apache Tomcat (requires JRE or JDK)
   1. port: 80
2. Install Geoserver WAR
   1. Download WAR file at http://geoserver.org/display/GEOS/Stable
   2. Copy geoserver.war to the directory that contains application's webapps.
3. Configure Geoserver
4. Adds PostGIS datastore and layer
