Before trying to participate in a DTI webinar or logging onto your C3 tag, complete this checklist to ensure you're ready to go!
- Can you access DTI Training Materials? (You can read this so YES!)
- Can you access C3 Developer documentation?
- If you can navigate to the following page: https://developer.c3.ai/documentation?version=3 Then that's a yes!
- If you can't access that page because you can't log in, please contact help@c3dti.ai immediately and we'll resolve it.
- Can you access C3 Developer Training materials?
- If you can navigate to the following page: https://learnc3.litmos.com/home/dashboard Then that's a yes!
- If you can't access that page because you can't log in, please contact help@c3dti.ai immediately and we'll resolve it.
- Have you been assigned a C3 cluster, tenant, and tag?
- You should receive an email with a vanity-url describing the location of your cluster, along with a tenant name and tag name.
- If you haven't received an email with these details, please contact help@c3dti.ai and we'll assign a tenant/tag to you.
- Can you access your C3 cluster?
- Once you have a vanity-url, tenant, and tag try to access it.
- Can you access <vanity-url>/static/console?
- Can you access <vanity-url>/jupyter?
- Once you have a vanity-url, tenant, and tag try to access it.
