Deliverable:
The goal of this group is to establish some best practices for JS/TS projects within the software group.
The group will come up with project templates that can be used to start new Vanilla JS/TS and React projects.
Angular projects will not be covered at this phase because Angular comes with lots of configurations that are built into its bootstrapping process and usually do not require any change.
If there is time, the group might look into structures for projects with multiple packages.
The templates will include basic configuration for processes such as testing, linting, documentation, and build.
Time frame: October 20th 2020 - January 20th 2021
