Currently is being investigated. No ETA of return to non-degraded state | A hardware failure on one of the two core switches for ICCP caused that switch to enter a degraded service mode and eventually fail completely. The other core is still functioning properly and is providing connectivity for all ICCP/ADS/DES systems normally for the time being. A hardware replacement RMA was initiated. The hardware will arrive some time during the day Wednesday (02/07/18), at which point the hardware will be replaced and gracefully added back in to production. Full production state is expected by the end of Wednesday at this time. | All ICCP devices have the potential to be affected by a failure of the remaining core.
