Step-by-step guide
- ICC uses your U of I NetID and password. In the event that you have forgotten your password and have set up recover options, please visit the NetID Center, click “Forgotten or expired password”.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to use one of the three recovery options you have setup: Non-University email address, text, or phone callback.
