Step-by-step guide

  1. ICC uses your U of I NetID and password. In the event that you have forgotten your password and have set up recover options, please visit the NetID Center, click “Forgotten or expired password”.
  2. Follow the onscreen prompts to use one of the three recovery options you have setup: Non-University email address, text, or phone callback. 

    If you have forgotten your current password and have no recovery options available, please call the AITS Help Desk at 217-244-7000.
