Dec 15th final day

final eval and feedback, equipment turn in

For the NCSA CIP program I would need 1 urgent item and 2 1-hour presentations and which timeslot you’d like to present them next week.

Group information is here:

https://wiki.ncsa.illinois.edu/display/NCSACIP/NCSA+CIP+Group+Information

and the schedule is here:

https://wiki.ncsa.illinois.edu/display/NCSACIP/Fall+2017+schedule

The urgent item which I need today or tomorrow is the evaluation criteria for DAV, and I’ve included an example for the systems guys.

We have an independent evaluator and the evaluation criteria will be forwarded to her so that she can develop an evaluation for the incoming interns which we will give to them before any training.

For the 2 presentations, one should be about the DAV group and the work you do for NCSA in support of our cyberinfrastructure. The other should be about a subject/topic important to your group and targeted at the incoming interns. We’d pick a 2 hour slot on Wedsnesday or Thursday for your group next week to give the presentations to the interns.
