  • NCSA Security Operations continuously collects logs and uses automated tools to analyze and send notifications to the Security Operations and Incident Response Team.  SecOps team members review these notices during normal business hours and escalate when judged further investigation is required.
  • NCSA Security will perform manual review of logs when there is a suspected or reported security problem.
  • NCSA Security default log retention period is: - Link to Log retention document or delete line
  • System Administrators may request log reviews by the Security team by submitting a help ticket.
