Step 1: Login to to https://uillinoisgo.ncsa.abilitylmsillinois.comedu/ and search for "HIPAA".HIPAA_Training using your campus email address

Step 2: Select the correct HIPAA training course.  This will likely be "HIPAA Annual Training".  Select "HIPAA New Hire Training" if it's the first time you've taken this training:

Step 3:  Select "PRINT Certificate":

Once logged in, open the drop down by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner of the page:

Step 3:  Select "My Training":

Step 5: Select "HIPAA: Hybrid Entities" and download certificate:

Step 6: Select "HIPAA: Hybrid Entities" and download certificate:

Step 7: Either print the certificate to PDF or screen capture to PNG/jpeg/etc.:
