Step 1: Login to https://go.ncsa.illinois.edu/HIPAA_Training using your campus email address
Step 2: Once logged in, open the drop down by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner of the page:
Step 3: Select "My Training":
Step 5: Select "HIPAA: Hybrid Entities" and download certificate:
Step 6: Select "HIPAA: Hybrid Entities" and download certificate:
Step 7: Either print the certificate to PDF or screen capture to PNG/jpeg/etc.:
