Before trying to participate in a DTI C3DTI webinar or logging onto your C3 tagAI environment, complete this checklist to ensure you're ready to go!

If you can't do any one of the following steps, email your primary DTI C3DTI contact and help@c3dti.ai immediately. We'll work to resolve your issue!

  • Can you access C3 AI Developer documentation?
  • Can you access C3 Developer Training .ai Academy training materials?
  • Have you created a C3 community AI Community account?
    • Navigate to https://community.c3.ai/ this page and create an account. This is often the quickest way to get answers to questions directly from C3 AI staff. Additionally others may have already answered your question.
  • Have you been assigned a C3 AI cluster, tenant, and tag?
    • You should receive an email with a vanity-url Vanity Url describing the location of your cluster, along with a tenant name and tag name.
    • If you haven't received an email with these details, please email your primary DTI contact and help@c3dti.ai and we'll assign a tenant/tag to you.
  • To access the C3.ai DTI AI Suite training environment will need to submit the C3.ai DTI Training Environment Questionnaire & Agreement.:
    1. Login to the C3.ai DTI via link above.
    2. Find the “C3“C3.ai DTI Training Environment Questionnaire” and finish the survey.
    3. Click the “I have read and agree to the C3.ai DTI Training Environment Terms and Conditions”.
    4. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email from C3.ai for with your training environment credentials and environment URL.
