Allocations on Taiga

Access to Taiga is restricted to those with allocations stemming from a direct investment in the Taiga system or via an allocation on a system that is itself paying for capacity storage from Taiga.

*  Users of HAL will have access to the Taiga file system on its head nodes and DTN.  Users are able access an allocation from another cluster or investment; HAL itself does not leverage Taiga for capacity.
