  2. Check if the HRT was ever filed: https://internal.ncsa.illinois.edu/mis/hrtrans/
  3. Ensure that the HRT was entered by HR into Banner
  4. Wait. Systems take a while to sync and the data to percolate.

Business IT can help review the as-is data that feeds into Savannah to check for malfunctioning sync jobs. However, Business IT will not be able to change data on these external systems.
