- Pay attention to Priorities Column
- Change this to a google sheet (Lisa, Max & Sandeep)
- Ideas to get people involved
- Team members are represented at the SWG meetings and can help match topics to people in their teams
- SWG team members should reach out to their individual teams to elicit topics
- Our issue here is marketing; we need to get more people involved outside of SWG group
- Rotate each team through and get up to six months of topics out. ( SADL, TRI, ReSALT, MTG, VA)
- Remember that this is a moderation, not a lecture.
- Reach out to people who are not part of SD, but attend often.
- Announcements need to get out to the broader group.
- Think of metrics that we are targeting - attendance, moderator pool, topics
- Should we offer food or should we have brown bag?
- In person meetings offer challenges due to covid
