NOTE: A Globus "Collection" in The new Globus Connect Server v5 (GCSv5) is what has previously been referred to as an "endpoint". The Display Name created in step 7 will be used to access this collection through the Globus webui or cli.
- Logon to https://globus.org
- If you have not, please first go through the steps here: Access AWS S3 through NCSA S3 Globus Endpoint
- Select 'Endpoints' from the left navigation bar
- search for 'NCSA S3' and select
- search for 'NCSA S3' and select
- Navigate to the 'Collections' tab from the NCSA S3 endpoint page.
- Select 'Add a Guest Collection'
- Fill in collections details and select "Create Collection".
- Note: the AWS S3 credentials setup in these instructions will be used: Access AWS S3 through NCSA S3 Globus Endpoint

- Edit the permissions as needed. Collection is ready for use.
