  • No Steering Committee meeting in August

  • At-large Steering Committee elections: Nominations deadline extended, now due by 8/14
  • Next MBDH event: 16-18 September, Big data workshop in Missouri, related event with UND Big data summit.

  • Steering Committee members have been asked for recommendations on All-Hands Meeting program and organization.

  • Evaluators survey will be sent broadly on campuses next week, pushed out across the Hub.
  • We have some writers lined up for blog posts. We welcome writers on coordinator's campuses, especially around MBDH priority areas.
  • No solicitation yet from NSF on next phase of the Hubs. May be out by end of august.
