Before trying to participate in a DTI webinar or logging onto your C3 tag, complete this checklist to ensure you're ready to go! If you can't do any one of the following steps, email your primary DTI contact and help@c3dti.ai immediately. We'll work to resolve your issue!
- Can you access DTI Training Materials? (You can read this so YES!)
- Can you access C3 Developer documentation?
- If you can navigate to the following page: https://developer.c3.ai/documentation?version=3 Then that's a yes!
- Can you access C3 Developer Training materials?
- If you can navigate to the following page: https://learnc3.litmos.com/home/dashboard Then that's a yes!
- Have you been assigned a C3 cluster, tenant, and tag?
- You should receive an email with a vanity-url describing the location of your cluster, along with a tenant name and tag name.
- If you haven't received an email with these details, please email your primary DTI contact and help@c3dti.ai and we'll assign a tenant/tag to you.
- Can you access your C3 cluster?
- Once you have a vanity-url, tenant, and tag try to access it.
- Can you access <vanity-url>/static/console?
- Can you access <vanity-url>/jupyter?
- Once you have a vanity-url, tenant, and tag try to access it.
