    • InfiniBand QDR (connected to nano)
  • 1x NVIDIA P100 GPUs (16GB)
  • 2x NVIDIA V100 GPUs (16GB + 32GB)
  • 6x 4 TB HDDs, arranged as one RAID 0 and one RAID z1 arrays

Software

  • CentOS 7
  • CUDA 9.2 / 8.0
    • CUDA 9.2 is the default, switch between versions with module load cuda/x.y
