    2. This draft is in its final stage and not expected to change significantly if at all at this point.

    4. JC: how is the evaluator's team composed? This is of strategic importance if NSF is assessing the Project Team corrective actions based on the evaluator's recommendations to award the second phase of funding (Y3-4)

    1. A number of NSF HDR solicitations are out (see on MBDH website): the Hub can provide Letters of Collaboration 
  4. Topic for discussion
    1. Lessons Learned from Phase 1: developing a process for collecting SC members’ feedback over the next couple of months
      1. See last slide in the attached document
      2. Participants agree to collect feedback in a simple way (online form, a few open ended questions, focus on the topics listed on the slide)
      3. Participants agree that the questions should seek feedback on lessons learned as well as inform next phase's strategic planning 
      4. How would Bill like to move forward with regards to executing the Cooperative Agreement? Need to define operating processes and joint activities for the next phase
      5. It would be useful to include what were strategic vision, objectives and goals, or metrics of the Hub in the first phase. Let Alice know where to find such input (beyond Seedcorn proposal)
      6. Alice will prepare a draft online survey to be reviewed by PIs. The survey should be sent to the current Steering Committee members and Phase 2 people
