- New NSF solicitation will be delayed for some weeks (until March/April?). Award would be allocated sometime in FY19.
- 2 meetings that that need to be attended with MBDH money before end of current funding:
- Annual Big Data PI meeting June 20-22 in VA: announcement not out yet
- MBDH All-Hands Meeting on Oct. 9-10 (SC on Oct. 8) at CWRU in OH: technically is out of the original dates, but could be in 6-months no-costs extension

- 3 more webinars happening on last Wednesday of the month, 5:30pm CT/6:30pm ET. Looking for speakers for next sessions before promoting. Possibility for up to 2 speakers/month.
- Kevin: student group looking to organize a 1/2 day conference at Ann Harbor on bringing student organizations together around DSSG. Possibility for virtual participation? Melissa: colocated activity at AHM?
- switching to zoom for next coordinator meeting
- No coordinator at the moment at ISU
- Jill: ready to publicize SEEDtrain modules soon. Melissa to connect her with other groups working on data literacy in the Hub
- Anybody can contribute to event page on wiki on Hub-related topics and events, for coordination and management (Melissa added her travels)
