- EC has been focused on the budget.
- ADs have met with the Director and reviewed Directorate budgets at a high level.
- Current budget request is 2 million over (8 million target vs request of 10 million)
- Further discussion is on the AD agenda tomorrow morning
- Equity cases have been processed - recommendations accepted by the Director and forwarded to OVCRI.
- Promotion cases are next for review - meeting still pending
- What is the timing for the promotion cases? Goal is to get them done ASAP - ideally before the start of the FY.

- John will meet with Team Leads and with the PMs in the coming weeks to assess the transfer of the PCO from Administration to Engagement:
- Discussion will focus on current assignments and need for PM support:
- New awards/efforts that may require PM support
- Awards/efforts closing that will open up PM capacity

- Structure will follow a combination of the PCO's recommendations and feedback from Center Leadership.
- There will be an open search for the new PCO Lead.
- PDO has a proposal in the works to identify a PM for the proposal and for the project - reach out and discuss with Yousaf.
